What is your budget for International FA?

I'd imagine he's a low stamina guy too. What's his projected OVR rating, somewhere in the low 60s? Like mentioned, the 37 vR ruins him.

I'm sure your International Scouting budget is low and the ratings that you see are not accurate.

Yeah the p2 100/p1 72 is a big sign that somethings off. Might be worth a shot though if you have money too burn. You could trying throwing 250k/500k if you want

As we may have covered elsewhere, any Scouting under 16 million shows you ever less reliable projections.

Yeah, at 10 million all you really know for sure is how old he is, that he's a reliever, and what hand he throws with. pray4pro said what I'd do... if I think he might be something, throw an offer out there. You'll see if anyone else reacts. Then adjust your next bid up or down. Might be there's no one else interested in the player at all.

I just joined Moonlight Graham and I had to start off at $10M in intl scouting. I purposely budgeted more money to FA before the season because I knew that I was not going to trust a scouting department that is only getting $10M in compensation. I will do the same next year at $14M. I just don't trust the scouts.

As stated above though, if you have the money to burn, throw some his way and maybe you get lucky, but if the guy is really good, prepare to have the bidding get above $10M in nearly every World, $20M in some World's and up to $40M+ in others.
