I'm brand new to WhatIfSports, I took over a D3 team Manchester. I'm curious on what the best way to go about scouting with a low rep school. Should I spend all my money quickly or space it out over the season? Should I attend camps? State Searches? I just need a starting point. Thanks gents.

My teams fairly young as well. No seniors this year. Only a few next year. Just looking for some info on how to spend my budget and the best way to be a competitive team.

Hey man, welcome to Hoops Dynasty. There's a pretty good guide pinned at the top of this forum... I think its called Guide to 3.0 or something like that. I would start there and then check out the "How to win in D2/D3" thread that is also pinned at the top.
