I am currently compiling a bunch of data in my fatigue league and will post results when it is over, but wanted to share some stats from an OL of mine that just finished.

First some information on the league - in the NL we had 7 + hitters parks ( 2 Coors, 3 Yankee III, and a Hilltop included), 3 - hitters parks, and 2 neutral parks. My division included a neutral park, 2 Yankee III and Hilltop - a.k.a. very hitter friendly league AND division. When I first saw the division I was in and the stadiums, I was nervous about how my team would perform given that it was a fatigue team meant to let my starters pitch down to 70% before rest would come in.

The end of the season stats for my starters kinda blew my mind.

At first glance, you might think "wow, there was significant drop between his RL and his sim stats, and you'd be correct. There was. But what I find the most interesting, is that there actually wasn't that big of a drop between his sim stats and his PH AVG stats. Taking into account the stadiums I played in as well as my own stadium (Hilltop) - I think these numbers are fantastic.

Of the three Greg Maddux's on this team, the 1993 Maddux saw the biggest drop from PH AVG to sim stats, which was slightly surprising at first given he arguably was the best pitcher of the 3. My hypothesis for the reason why, and why the 1996 version was the better of the 3, is due to the BB/9 rates. While all the pitchers saw increases in BB/9, the 96 Maddux saw a jump from 1.03 to 1.59 - so still really good. 2000 Maddux saw a jump from 1.52 to 2.44 - still reasonable. Whereas 1993 saw a jump from 1.75 to 3.05 - a much larger jump and when playing in a major hitters park/division/league - those extra runners are gonna lead to more hits/runs.
