I've played enough Hardball Dynasty that I should know the answer to this question, but I dont. If you have 0 money for your advanced scouting budget, are the ratings that you see currently for a player accurate? I understand the projected ratings arent what they may seem to be. I usually have money budgeting for advanced scouting but I took over a team that had no money for advanced scouting and just want to know if the current ratings are as they say. thank you
