Just took on a commissioner role for a world for the first time. The world is filled. What do I need to do in order to start the season? I always thought there was a button I needed to press or something. But nothing is showing on the World Office or Franchise Center screens.

On the Franchise Center screen, there should be an option called "Approve Owners." That's the one you want.

If nothing is appearing, should I send in a support ticket? Or does it take some time before it appears?

If you're a private league that went temporarily public, I don't think you get the 'approve' button.

Correct. If you went public to fill, no button appears in the Franchise Center. WIS pushes the button for you. The world goes back to a private world thereafter.
