If everyone of your RP's were setup as Setup A, and they all were at 100%, how does Sparky make his decision on who to bring in?

We should redo those posts

There's so much great info in there but they are just giant walls of text (especially the Advice for Newbies one, the FAQ is a bit better)

No newbie who isn't yet invested in really learning the game is going to read through all of that
