As long as there are several idle worlds with openings waiting to fill up, the chances of them adding a new world to the mix is slim to none.

This is the correct answer-until demand far exceeds supply, no new worlds need be created

people just want to luck into HOF talent in a new world-a couple of seasons in, those who didn't will bail, starting the cycle over again

It really is not that neat. Its not like all the teams are empty and the players are drafted for each team by the owners. Just like any other league some teams have talent others do not.

I think it would be cool of the developers to open a new world if there are currently no public worlds to join. But that is just my 2 cents.

I'd like a new world if the disparity among teams isn't so pronounced as it is in a mature league. It sucks taking over a dilapidated team when you're 5+ seasons from being competitive with the league powers.
