Quick question.

If a guy has very low durability(10) but everything else is great should you recruit him or lay off? How much will he be hurt?

And a big man with a 1 for ball handling and passing, thoughts when everything else can be dominant?

Thanks

Durability isn't important at all. I think the consensus is that most people ignore it. Injuries are pretty rare.

For the big man, it really depends on what division you're playing in. Super low bh and pass aren't ideal in D1 but can be workable if it's a center with elite ath/reb/def. I probably wouldn't use him at the PF position.

I had a big with 70 ATH 100 reb/de/sb/lp 4 bh 7 pa who was totally dominant D2 (14/8 per game or something) and the second best player on a 29-0 team.

I did have a backup PF/C who had a 23 Durability. He got injured near the end of the regular (game 21). he was out for 4 games .. and it is game 28 upcoming and he is still only 81% health.

I still do not ever look at DUR during recruiting .. but it certainly does impact healing.

BTW .. I don't think DUR impacts someone getting hurt or not .. just how fast they heal if an injury occurs.

Yea for the D2 and D3 levels, a big with 1 BH, 1 PAS won't hurt anything at all if his big man cores are elite. But if a big does happen to have 40 BH, 40 PAS, it adds value to how good he can be.

One of the few things in HD that doesn't really hurt you, but CAN help you
