I've got a C/C third baseman as about .878 fielding, 3.28 range second baseman
and a B/A+ third baseman as about .883 fielding, 3.84 range second baseman
so those are both D-/D-, unless I did the math wrong. you're moving two spots more difficult on the defensive spectrum so the penalties are very large.
if those numbers are right, then definitely move the C/C guy since you're getting crap either way at second base.
