Two things to note: if you end up with a 2-team tie, the one with the better H2H record will be the division winner, and the other will be the WC. There will be no playoff game.

If you end up with a 3- or 4-team tie, the SIM will first determine the division winner (using the procedure detailed in the previous post). Then it will determine the Wild Card winner from the teams that are left, using the same procedure. Games won or lost during the tiebreakers to determine the division winner have NO bearing on the subsequent wildcard determination; they will be played separately, and you may even find yourself playing a team that you previously beat.
