Sorry if this has been addressed. Took a long break from HD so have a simple question. If I promise a recruit that they will start, how many games can I have them come off the bench during a season before they get upset. Was thinking about trying to start a recruit for 2/3 of the games instead of all.

2/3 ain't enough. It's generally around 80% of games. Or 21/26 games.

That's also spread out. I don't recommend sitting him the first 5 or the last 5. Keep it ABOVE 80% at all times if you want him to remain happy. Just to be sure

and understand that players vary - some guys could be unhappy at 80%

watch for WE decline and for sure watch for any emails from the player
