There's been a lot of mainstream criticism of Russia and Putin these past 5 years and much criticism of any American politicians that give the appearance of being too cozy with the Russians.

But there is no similar mainstream criticism in regards to China. Why?

Woke corporations like the NBA (cough LeBron "Mao" James) Disney, and Apple continue to not only do business with China but actively suppress any criticisms of the CCP. Slave labor camps? You will never hear Colin Kaepernick or LeBron James say a word about them. Disney will adapt their movies to CCP demands to maintain access to the sizable market.

The fact that a worldwide Pandemic has come from China and the CCP has suppressed investigation into its origin as well as releasing disinformation and wielding an incredible influence over such organizations as the WHO to prevent any crificism.

It's mind-boggling. And leads me to a thought experiment. Let's day it was Russia with the slave labor camps, Russia that wielded an inordinate influence on American corporations, Russia that was the origin of a worldwide Pandemic that likely was released from a lab. Would the American media treat these events differently?

100% they would and you know it.

So why is it only fringe sources that criticize the intimate relationship between the Democratic Party and the Chinese government?

I think deep down, you know this too, considering that you can't (and won't) defend the idea against the most obvious counterarguments.

And by the way, compare Trump's rhetoric on Russia during the 2016 election to Biden's on China in 2020. Everyone knows that China is (rightly) hated by Americans. Biden isn't soft on China in any way.

China is our primary geopolitical rival right now. But being "tough" on China doesn't mean blaming them for COVID and launching a meaningless trade war that we ended up losing.

But for real, unproven speculative "business ties' between Biden and a Chinese business does not prove that he nor the Democratic party is in kahoots with China, and pretending otherwise is laughable.

One time I was leaving China for Ukraine but I forgot where I put my laptop. Then I woke up in Russia and I noticed my China money looked different from my Ukraine money so I don't really see a connection to Russia and China although I have connections in both countries. (sniff sniff)
