Having managed one of the two teams to make the first no AAA OL WS, thus the ToC...
If you think having no AAA is tough to manage for 162 games, wait until you get into a ToC, you better start drafting more IPs, that wacky ToC stamina system is a total blood sucker...

One of the many reasons I like the new no-AAA rules is that it forces owners to actually draft a full season's worth of PA and IP...No more tanking an OF position and filling in with AAA, or skating by with 1200IP and running 2 AAA pitchers into the ground.
I like it too, but let all owners be warned, it's a very different ballgame now, you really need to draft full IP and AB rosters, changes the whole way to manage, it's a brand new start, until of course, fellas start figuring out new kinda glitches, ways to take some kind of advantage, which I must say, I've already noticed but won't talk about, no need to spoil the thing prematurely...

To be honest, my team building hasn't changed at all.

I was drafting 1200-1240 quality innings before, and now I maybe draft 1230-1270 quality innings.

The only thing I didn't like about the AAA was the randomness of it. I like being able to know who I have and what they're gonna do

As someone whos played mainly OL's for the last year+, there were very very few owners who used AAA like that.

The biggest/only issues with AAA were just new owners not understanding them, and the easy solution was to remove them instead of trying to teach new owners something that isn't really crucial. I support the change and am glad they did it, but the team building of OL teams hasn't really changed one bit. 5000pa and 1250ip is still plenty, if not excessive.

I have two No AAA teams in a TOC playing each other in the Great Eight. 1450 IP or so in each.
