PREFERRED OWNER QUALIFICATIONS
- 1250+ HBD ML games played
- .500+ overall record; reached playoffs 35% of total seasons
- Limited-to-zero heavy tanking years (i.e. 108+ loss seasons, mid-year replacement seasons excluded)
- 2+ consecutive seasons completed with a current team
- Owners that miss the MWR may return once after a season away, and must claim a different franchise
- Owners with more than one WIS career login must reveal that to the commish
WORLD RULES
- Minimum win requirements (MWR): 55/125/195/280 -- 55 in any single big league (BL) season, 125 in two consecutive seasons, 195 in three consec. seasons and 280 in four consec. seasons
- No cash in trades exceeding net payroll increase
- Trades to unload BL salaries must receive BL-quality (current or future) in return
- Maintain minors - cash penalty for minor league teams finishing under .250
- No irrevocably waiving current all-star caliber major leaguers (uncommon)
- City change allowed once every five seasons, including when joining
