Which type of Theme League do you prefer?

Draft Leagues: Where once a player is drafted, nobody else can roster that player. In other words, every team is unique.
Non Draft Leagues: Where you build your roster based on the theme rules (but other teams can have the same players as you do).

I usually create theme leagues where everybody has unique players. Makes it even more challenging!
