Budgeting for New Owners Topic

Can anyone tell me where to find this? I cannot remember.

I believe there is a way for new owners to choose to start with the Default numbers at $10MM or the previous owners Budget from last season. I cannot remember where this is. I want to guide the new owners before budgeting ends.

It's at the top of the Set Budget page, but it doesn't appear until the official budgeting day.
