We currently have a great group of coaches in MWC (Rupp), but we could use a few more for our budding rivalry with the WCC (currently #1 RPI conference). They've put together an elite group of coaches and have supplanted the power conferences as the top conference in the world.

We have a chance to create a world where there are 2 power-mid-major conferences, which should be a lot of fun. Unfortunately all of the open jobs in MWC are complete rebuilds so you'll have your work cut out for you. Come help us put the WCC back down where they belong.... in the #2 spot.

I second what mlitney said - this is a group of really good coaches that are fun to be around. And we have a standing non-conference tournament with the WCC to amp up the rivalry a bit more. Come join us!

This is a great conference and we of the WCC welcome the challenge of 12 MWC coaches!

It's no longer the power 6. It's the WCC and then the power 6! And it would be great to get the MWC there as well. A conference challenge is in year 3 I believe. And it's not a fair fight!

Two years running as the top conference RPI, the WCC is a hot commodity. Quality coaches needed to join the rivalry/challenge. Consistent tabs on the storylines are being kept. Fun writeups (shout out to Favre3xmvp!). Not long ago we requested a coach or two to join us in the WCC build. And look what we've accomplished. The hype is real! And I see the MWC as the next conference to follow.

Interesting things happen in the Mountain West. For example a JUCO player disappeared from San Diego State's campus after disappointing play during the season. No one heard from him until a mysterious email appeared saying he was leaving the team. It has been rumored the JUCO did not send the email and was in fact sacrificed by Aztec fans to recieve a bumper recruiting crop. There is an ongoing investigation into the matter...

If I hadn't already built up W. Kentucky to a point where I can recruit big time players, I probably would join you guys. But after signing my 1st 4* player this season, I can't leave.
