Yeah, good for reference for those who may be confused at my indignation.

After the pm game, he's presently rocking a .198/.300/.327 slash over 120 PAs, or about 17% of the way through the season. Also, sporting a 16:23 BB:K ratio

Is that in an open league?

Have never gotten more than a below average season from Ruth. Actually have many better seasons from 1890s Phillies outfielders. Hamilton, Delahanty, Thompson, Turner.

No, but it's a theme league setup close to an OL. 87 mil cap with DH and AAA.

I have a 28 Ruth hitting cleanup behind the 27 Ruth in the same lineup, and the 28 Ruth is slashing .304/.419/.598 at 2/3 the price of 27 Ruth

Ruth almost always dominates for me. I’m very specific on which seasons I use though, some of his years don’t produce as well.

Agreed that Ruth is almost always incredible...if you can afford him.

113 games into a 100M cap (with WAA AAA), playing in WIS park.
1919 Ruth: .315/.459/.705, 42 HR, 25 2B, 102 BB, 113 R, 130 RBI.
RL: .322/.456/.657

My dad used 27 Ruth in a 140m league recently and hit I think 60 HRs for a playoff team.

Over many seasons there's bound to be 500-600 PA that stink it up. He's still got time to salvage his season...

In a game that's pretty much a coin toss, Baccarat has the bank hand holding a 1.06% advantage, but in a short run the player hand has won more than 70% of the hands. Dice rolls can run streaky. The odds say your guy Ruth will likely turn it around...
