Season 1 1946-50
1. We will have 10 round serpentine draft (order by random.org)
2. The other 15 players on your roster will be clones from different years of season 1.
Example You draft 1946 Stan Musial, and clones from 47,48,49,50. You have 5 players from your roster.
3. All Clones must come from the 5 year season we are in.
4.We will have a separate 1 round draft for Franchise Names (Essentially stadiums from 46-50.) You May change the nickname but not the city.
5. 6/4 below average AAA Computer Generated, Real Names.
7. No Cap, WW, DH, IR,Trades (Except between end of season and during draft)
8. Traditional No transaction date.

Season 2 1951-55 (and beyond)
1. Keepers you may keep any of the 10 players you drafted, if you wish.Then draft till you get a total of 10 players.When you total 10, again the rest of your roster is clones. Keepers example if you want to keep Musial you are keeping the man not the years. In season 2 you would roster whatever years of his from 51-55 you wanted. If you name him a keeper no one else can draft him
2. Draft order by Random.org. Thus no reason to tank. With the following exceptions. A. Division Winners from the previous season can draft no higher than 5th. If random places them in the top 4 they will be moved down. B No team can draft 13-16 two years in a row .They will be moved up to 12 or higher (depending on how many)
3.Again there’s no IR.
4. Future expansion franchise may be claimed (If you wish to switch stadiums) after game 150 of the previous season on a first come basis.

General
1. The commish reserves the right to close loopholes.
2. Proposed changes may be discussed, 10 yes votes needed for a change. No changes till after season one.
3. A list of drafted players will be kept during draft. Anyone WIS eligible is draftable.
