Tarkanian is only 4 games in. You can reserve a team but it’ll be a long wait for the next season. Phelan signups are tomorrow… I’d recommend there if you want to get started sooner.

If you do choose to join phelan St Thomas will be loaded next season. Will have lots of seniors and finished #7 this past season… you’ll have to get to them early though otherwise they’ll probably be taken.

It's a 1 game per day world (rather than the 2 games per day worlds like Phelan and Tark. But it'll get you playing instantly)

definitely don't reserve a team IMO - only if you have like, one specific school you want no matter the condition. then do it. but otherwise, every school you can pick up right now is vacant - so they are going to have at least one whole class of sim disaster recruits. you are much better off to wait until between seasons and try to find a school where the human coach left it warm for you with some human recruits (where simAI coaches 0 games and recruits 0 players!). plus, if you reserve a team, you can't even do recruiting session 2 that first season!

i agree that waiting for tark is probably not as good as picking up phelan or a 1/day, unless you want to go to tark specifically for whatever reason.
