Looking for a little bit of help on why this AA player I have is making the ML min salary of 327 K as we are in preseason before budgets are set and I notice the salary of Player Profile: Eury Rojas - Hardball Dynasty Baseball | WhatIfSports

He is a rule 5 return declined player from last season, I assigned him to AA where he spent the entire time including the offseason. He was making 327 K last season because of the rule 5 selection but I am pretty sure he should be making a MiLB salary to start this season am I right? He has 0.000 ML service time, he did not get called up for the playoffs and have never added to him my 40 man roster. I also literally have another rule 5 return declined player on my roster from last season that has reverted back to a MiLB salary.
