Not long ago there was a feature under "Commissioner Tools" where I could replace somebody without a support ticket. Has that feature been removed? I don't see it anymore.

If I remember right the option doesn't show up until they've been gone for all 14 days - you might check it after each cycle today.

I think if you issue enough warnings you can circumvent the 14 days. Could be wrong though.

Yes, the replace owner option doesn't become available until 14 days (too long, in my opinion). However, you can submit a ticket and generally admin will replace the owner. I don't send the ticket unless I have reached out twice via sitemail, so there is documented proof of not being responsive by the MIA owner.

+1 Yes, this is pretty much the approach I follow, as well.

Looks like after 14 days you have to issue warning then the next cycle (or maybe day) you can replace. Option is there now. Thanks.
