This progressive uses players by Franchise, adding 1 each season.
We started with the Phillies and Royals in season 1 and have since added the Mets, WhiteSox, Dodgers, Twins, Rangers, Cardinals, Cubs, Mariners, and next season we'll add the Giants.
Any player who played for those Franchises starts with the first season they played for them and must be Cut when those seasons run out. So a player like Josh Hamilton who is playing for Texas skipped his 2007 Reds season and started with his 2008 Rangers season.
We also have a randomly chosen 3 player Free Agent draw from each team each season with a 1st round buy back limited to one of your Free Agents.

What are the years of this league?

1970 to 2021.
If they played in 1970 for that Franchise they are eligible. They then revert back to their first season for that Franchise.
A example would be Lou Brock played for the Cardinals in 1970 but his first season with the Cards was1964 so he would start with that season and progress from there.

Another thing:
This is a NL team and they do not have the DH. however the AL does and there is interleague play so there are a few games where the DH will be needed for this team.
