1952 ReWrite History needs 1 (CHW - AL Champs) Topic

The 1952 ReWrite History Progressive League needs one new owner for 1952. The open team is the defending AL Champion Chicago White Sox. They just lost the 1951 World Series to the Giants so they are a strong team. Their roster is below. Basically this league is a standard league but the first four rounds of each rookie draft you are only able to draft players who played for your team at some point in their career. After the first four rounds, all players are eligible to be drafted by any team.

If a player only played for the defunct teams (currently BSN, CHC, PHA, WSH) they are eligible to be drafted by everyone. Any player who is only eligible for one team is assigned either a First or Second Round Draft grade and has to be drafted by that team in that round, or they open up to everyone the next round.

After the draft is over you are free to trade players to any team that you wish.

The White Sox Draft pool is listed below:
C Clint Courtney (SLB, NYY, CHW)
C Darrell Johnson (CIN, NYY, SLB, PHI, STL, CHW)
2B Ted Lepcio (BOS, MIN, PHI, DET, CHW)
SS Willy Miranda (SLB, NYY, CHW)

If you are more interested in either of the two open AL franchises (Athletics or Senators/Twins) you could move the team to their and start drafting from their rookies. The only caveat to moving the team is that I'd prefer you commit to staying around for awhile to avoid teams moving back and forth between cities to pick up the best rookies from each season.
