There should be settings for each individual player so fast players can steal more and contact hitters can hit and run more and catchers and pitchers don’t

I agree. One of my biggest pet peeves is having my lead footed catcher trying to steal bases just because I want my lead off hitter to have a green light. SIM allows it so it can't be that big of a fix. A logical adjustment to say the least.
