I'll take a stab at this. It'll give the offense a few more successful at bats per game. That should amount to a handful more pitches per game. Perhaps 1,000 additional pitches per season. 60-70 additional innings, as a rough estimate? Feel free to correct me on this...50 might be enough. It wouldn't hurt...
