'81 was a strike season. All stats get prorated to 162 games.

1994/95 also are affected...

2020 is the most affected by a short season. The stats are crazy, to put it mildly...

Many pre-1900 seasons had schedules well short of 162 games. The 1885 John Clarkson has 900+ innings...
