Is there a way to set AAA so any player, no matter how good or bad can be loaded into AAA?

I'm confused, I will ask this here if that's ok, haven't played in a while. Are the AAA players they give you no longer available in open leagues?

They removed them from open leagues. There are some in the theme leagues that are open league with AAA. Look in the classified ads.

Will my team survive with 200k replacements that have not many players appearances? I totally chucked RF.

Not sure, but it is a level playing field. Admin is new, using the current model to try something new as they rewrite onto modern day software.

I found this it’s old, does anyone know if it still valid?

SALARY RANGES:
Below Average 364,170 to 1,574,999
Average (OL) 1,575,000 to 2,599,999
Above Average 2,600,000 to 3,874,999
WAA 3,875,000 to 9,651,076
Random 1,575,000 to 4,425,000
(These salary ranges are valid through the 10/2013 update)

I don't know if dynamic pricing would have affected them or not. I do know that 2018-present salaries are not affected by it.

It did effect them but to such a small amount that the ranges are still very close .
