I want to determine who can build the absolute BEST $100 million team. Here's how it's going to work...

There will be a maximum of 48 unique owners allowed to participate in this. There will be two-rounds. Round 1 will consist of two standard 24-team leagues (i.e., League A, League B). League placement and division alignment will be random. Each league will advance 12 owners/teams to Round 2. Each advancing team must use the same park and roster they used in Round 1.

Here is how the 12 advancing teams from each league (A, B) will be determined.
The playoff teams from each league (AL, NL) will advance. = 8 teams
One non-playoff team (from each league: AL, NL) with best W-L record will advance* = 2 teams
Of the teams remaining, one team (in each league: AL, NL) with the best Exp Win% will advance** = 2 teams
Round 2's division alignment will be random.
*If there is a tie for Best Record of non -playoff teams, Best Exp Win% will break tie
**If there is a tie for Best Exp Win% for non-playoff teams, Best W-L will break tie

Although there is no prize for this mini-tournament, the winner's roster will be posted and you will live in infamy as the Creator of the Best $100M Roster. If this concept is successful, I plan on doing this for other cap levels also.
