I am new to this site, and have played one open league. I don't like playing against clones, so interested in a theme league. Do we self regulate on staying under 4000 assists? Or is there a setting you can turn on that won't let us create a team that has over that many assists?

It is self regulated, but the commissioner will look over your team to be certain you are in compliance.

Welcome to the site, make sure you read some of the thread ashamael put up in reference to building teams. It will be quite helpful.
