I don't know how I did it but when I went to delete an old sitemail from someone, I accidentally blocked them. How do I un-block them?

Go to your "Contacts" in your SiteMail. The blocked username should be listed there.
Check the box next to the name and hit the blue "Remove Blocked User" box
