the 24 hours bit is correct. well, almost. don't jobs open like 12:01 am more or less? jobs themselves are actually processed on the old cycles of 2/5/8/11, so i kinda think 2am the next day is the first processing.
afterwards, jobs are processed every cycle. its just that if you apply to a job, as the first coach to apply, there is a minimum waiting period or something in that general ballpark. you apply, it might take 12 or 15 hours for it to decide, to give other people a shot. sometimes it can be less when you are applying after other people already started the clock, so to speak.
i don't know exactly how it works but for sure, jobs are processed on those 2/5/8/11 (EST) times and people will get jobs in general in every single one of those slots. and normally you'll have to wait 12 to 24 or so hours to get a response. but not always.
