That appears to be the case, but I Am not sure how owners take advantage of that offer? My best guess, if they don't get it automatically, is they use the PromoCode "WelcomeBackHBD" and purchase an extra season?

Admin wants your commissioner to send a list of the owners entitled to the free season. That's how I got my free season in Yogi Berra.

I don't think this promotion did much good. There are currently 130 openings across 23 different worlds. Even though the most openings in any 1 world is 12 I think it is time to consolidate some worlds to lower the total number of worlds.
