Back to the Progressive Theme League Classifieds...hat in hand...

We have one 2022 team available in a 12 team - 2 divisions of 6 - progressive league that started with the 1970 season - this will be season #53

See the entire team roster of potential keepers below
The 12 team format offers a rather unique opportunity to build a very deep team in a progressive league

Why play in a 12 team league? Well, the bottom line is that your division winner will play in the World Series...it's that simple....no worrying about a great team getting ambushed in the playoffs...win the division and you're in the World Series!!

League Rules

There will only be 12 teams in this league. There will be one division of six in each league.

The league started with the 1970 season

The draft order is determined at game 141. You must have won at least 40 games at that time or you pick 4th in the first round - unless you are taking over someone else's team from a prior season. Picks 1-12 for future seasons are determined by the inverse order of record at Game 141. Tie breaker will be the "expected win percentage" which can be found within the advanced standings. The team with the lower expected wins percentage gets the tie breaker advantage.

No salary cap

There is a 4 round pitchers AAA draft of real life pitchers after the regular draft for supplementing the pitcher staff...the pitchers selected in the AAA draft are NOT eligible to be keepers in the following season

DH in both leagues

Exclusive stadiums

Players must be rated for a position at least once in the previous 3 seasons to start at a position

Draft Picks may only be traded one year in advance.

No limit to the reserve (I/R) list should your player be out a year in WIS database. Only players within the WIS database for a given season may be drafted.

If you would like a team, post your claim here and/or sitemail me
