I'm doing a D3 rebuild and want to cut 4 guys. I cut the first two and don't seem to be able to cut any more. Is there a limit?

You can't cut below 6 scholarship players. You must have had 4 open scholarships already. Once you've signed a couple players, you'll be able to cut 2 more.
