Declaring for draft Early entries Topic

This is dumb ? and I know I should know the answer to this but when do players tell you they are declaring for the draft or leaving early? Is it right around the 2nd recruiting cycle?

It's immediately after the national final is played... by around 2:20am Eastern time. If there's an EE, you'll see the dreaded "green inbox" with a message from your EE. If by 2:20am there's no message, then you're all set with no EE's.
