Sorry jholt, doesn't explain why we weren't warned that an update was happening, given any info about the update or why the game wasn't frozen so that it could be done without the issues you now have to scramble to find solutions for. I've been playing for quite some time and remember the original staff. There were many issues with the game, but we were kept in the loop about updates, what they were trying to accomplish, and welcomed our input when glitches were discovered. The current staff works in the dark without a word. I can't imagine that they have anything but disdain and contempt for us the end users. Not sure why this is but the manner in which these updates are handled are counterproductive and will do more to chase away the paying customers than enhance your business. And I'm still using a secondary browser to have access to the game so it's still not working correctly.
