The Post War League, which began play with the 1946 season, is a straightforward progressive league:

• 24 total teams in six divisions; 8 teams reach the playoffs
• DH in the American League only
• Separate AAA draft after the main draft of up to 4 real-life players from the same year. You can pick fewer than four or none if you wish. You will end up with fictitious computer-generated AAA players, but you can never use them.
• Draft order is the reverse of the previous year's standings, except for special anti-tanking measures in the first round only:
  • If you fail to reach 35 wins at game 120, you drop to fifth for the first round of the next draft; if several teams fail to meet this win floor, they will be arranged best to worst.
  • The teams that get the top four spots in the first round will go into a lottery for the top four spots. The lottery will be decided on random.org.
• Tanking is carefully policed. If, for example, you are playing a bunch of very fatigued players and resting ones at 100%, you will lose spots in the draft. Please don't think you have some clever plan to tank without anyone noticing. I've been in this league throughout its duration, and I've seen it all.

Available team currently plays in Arizona. We are about to draft for the 2012 season. This team picks #5 in the 1st round and then 1st in each additional round. Team has also acquired Minnesota's 1st round pick (#11), Chicago's 1st round pick (#22), and Minnesota's 1st in 2013.
