6 in a class with ineligibles? Topic

Alright so I currently have an ineligible on my roster. I also have 6 openings. I know the ineligible counts toward this freshman class, but my question is can I sign another ineligible to where they wouldn’t count against the 6 limit?

My gut says 'no' simply because the additional ineligible you want to sign could become eligible at any time during recruiting.
