The WIBL - Redux is entering it's 12th season and is a very active league, and we have two NL franchises available for an owner to take over.
Our league has a weighted lottery for the bottom 12 teams in the standings, so long as a team meets a certain wins floor of 50. Those that win between 38 and 50 games have a % of their lottery balls reduced for each win below 50. Teams that completely miss the wins floor (have fewer than 38 wins) are not eligible for a top 5 selection.
We are a 24 team league, DH in AL Only, fictitious AAA allowed during the current era (through at least 1994), trade deadline after Game 120, w/ AAA callups allowed until Game 159.
