Where are my teams to draft Topic

I feel stupid asking BUT I cant find where my undrafted teams are - I know I have a couple left and cant find them
Whats the normal way to access and is there a reason I would not be able to get to it?

From the desktop version of the site I click on SimLeague --> Baseball and then scroll down to the 3rd section to find all my Draft Center Teams available to use.
