Recruit profile error and support not working. Topic

I’m getting an error message for a specific recruit every single time I’ve tried clicking on his profile. I’ve tried safari and chrome on my computer and my phone and I’ve cleared cookies and cache.

Can’t open his profile to do any recruiting actions even though I have AP assigned to him. I’ve also tried clicking on him from the current attention tab and the recruit search page.

To top it off I also can’t submit a support ticket. It opens the page then immediately says can’t connect to the server.

Okay so -

1. I'm not sure why you're having that recruit error. Is it not allowing you to move AP? You can't even load his profile? Never heard of this.
2. Support ticket. I had this same issue and someone addressed it for me in the discord.

Yea it was in fact Richard Richards. They ended up cloning him into Rick Davis
