This is a duel season progressive with 16 teams currently in the 1974/2004 season. We'll progress to 1975/2005 next year. We start drafting before the end of the season and are currently drafting now.
Each year the NL and AL Teams alternate drafting between the two seasons and this is an AL team so they are drafting from the 2005 season. Only players below $7M are eligible to draft. If a Player has a season above $7M they are automatic Cuts and go back into the pool when the next season they have, is below $7M. We use a weighted draft order with the better teams having a better chance to draft first in the first round only to deter tanking, then it is serpentine.
