Ok due to popular demand, I am putting up for a vote on continuing to keep the Colorado Rockies in the rota.
Please indicate your choice:

1. Keep things as they are
2. Remove Colorado permanently from the rota
3. Allow Colorado to be swapped out for a lesser team not in the selection pool.

With 3 choices, getting a 2/3 majority may be impossible. Also, is it 2/3 of the current number of owners in the league, or 2/3 of the owners who choose to vote?

We might have, say, 4 owners vote for (1), 10 for (2), and 10 for (3). Then no option would have a 2/3 majority, and we would by default stick with option (1), even though 20 out of 24 owners didn't want that.

If we're going to offer 3 choices, I think we need to either go with (a) whoever gets the most votes wins or (b) any option that gets greater than 50% of the votes that are cast wins.

I would be fine with either 2 or 3. Given this is supposed to be "Luck of the Draw" I'd probably prefer 2 as #3 would be giving owners a choice.
