Looking for a clarification.

I'm in a Prog and the trade deadline is coming up.

I've tried Site Mail to get a trade thru but am getting either a very slow response or none at all.

If I enter a trade proposal via the GM's office (no vetos in this league) and get no response, will the trade go thru?
