FIQ and fatigue Topic

Does anyone know if fatigue affects F IQ like it does attribute ratings?

I have played a long time and in this current iteration of GD I do not feel fatigue influences attribute ratings. It is only used as a means to determine substitutions. I have played with teams where all players are set at 60% and then changed them to 95% and saw very little if any at all changes in performance.
