Just started the playoffs, so getting some available teams posted now. If you're interested, let me know!
One of the top all-time worlds in HBD, this is one of those places where you don't have to worry about lopsided trades, or teams selling the farm for a quick run, or massive amounts of cash flowing back and forth between teams. If you can win here, you can win anywhere.
MAIN WORLD RULES
- Minimum Win Requirement (MWR): 55/125/195/280 = 55 in any single BL season, 125 in two consecutive seasons, 195 in three consecutive and 280 in four consecutive
- Trade cash limited to up to $1.5M of net trade salary difference
- Maintain minors - financial penalty for minor league teams finishing under .250
- Trades to unload BL salaries must receive BL-quality in return (see trade guidance below)
- City change allowed once every five seasons, including when joining
TRADE GUIDANCE
- Deals that should be APPROVED:
- BL quality (current or future) on both sides of deal (while meeting trade cash provisions)

- Deals that should be VETOED:
- BL quality (current or future) for career minor leaguers (usually to dump salary)
- More trade cash than net difference in trade (or over $1.5M world ceiling)
- Lame duck owner deals with questionable value for next owner
- Collusive or team destroyers
PREFERRED OWNER QUALIFICATIONS

- .500+ overall record; reached playoffs 35+% of total seasons
- Limited-to-zero heavy tanking years (i.e. 108+ loss seasons)
- 2+ consecutive seasons completed with a current franchise
- Owners that miss the MWR once may return after a season away with a different franchise
- Owners with more than one WIS career login must reveal that to the commish
Available Teams
AL East Team -- 59 wins this season, but the team is way better on paper than that. A couple of real rock stars on the ML squad, plus some good depth in the minors. Number two pick in the next draft, but a squad that could be a playoff team next year if it's run the right way.
NL North Team -- MWR victim, only 54 wins this season and the top pick in the draft next season. Spent less than $35M on contracts this season, but has some good mix of talent on the ML squad, and obviously a ton of talent and depth in the minors after several down years.
AL North Team -- Another MWR victim, came up 5 games short this season. Just about $37M in payroll this year, and spent a whopping $46M on IFA's and the draft, plus a ton of money the last few years, so maybe the most stacked team in MG right now.
