Hopefully someone can answer this. Have the requirements to apply for an “Elite” job changed? I am 15 seasons in on Hayes and an elite job came open. It states that I am not qualified? I am three seasons into D1 - I feel like I’ve seen coaches get D1 jobs straight out of D1AA before?

It doesn’t have anything to do with amount of seasons. It is your reputation and your loyalty score. For elite it needs to be A/A.

I think your A- reputation may have been the issue. Maybe you had cut some players and had not yet made it back to A+. I lost out also on that one.
