This just came up in a deal I was trying to make, and I thought I knew the details of how it works, but the other owner has me questioning.
For a post deadline deal, do players who are in the minors / not on the 40-man roster also need to clear the WW? I was under the impression that everyone needed to, but he's got me questioning that.
