This league will use a blacklist and some randomness! Ultimate goal is to use a player from every team in the database

First you will choose 1 pitcher and 1 hitter to blacklist. After everyone is in I will produce a list of 24 teams and
you must take 1 player from each team(full/partial season ok as long as it matches the team).

The 25th player is a player of your choosing thats not blacklisted but also cannot be the highest paid
player pitching or batting and cannot be higher than those in salary either

your 25th player - can be 6.99M at most(mostly to prevent deadball 12M guys from always being selected)

Batter - 10M

Your 25th player - 9.99M or less...Albatross can be part of your strategy
